Better Late Than Never: AppleCare+ and Malaysia’s First Official Apple Store at TRX
This post arrived late, but late is still better than never to override my post earlier which mentioned about the unavailble AppleCare+ in Malaysia. There was a time when Malaysia didn’t have an official Apple Store, and iPhone owners had to rely on Apple-certified local retailers for their insurance packages. I even wrote about this a few years ago, noting how AppleCare+ wasn’t available to us locally at the time. The Apple Store has officially arrived at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange) in Kuala Lumpur, and with it comes the availability of AppleCare+ in Malaysia. You can now purchase it directly from Apple’s website: AppleCare+ Malaysia. Having the Apple Store finally open here last year was a long-awaited milestone for many of us, myself included. It’s exciting to see Apple’s presence growing in Malaysia—it’s about time, and it’s well worth the wait!
