I've been a happy buyer for a few days receiving my purchase. The saucepan build quality feels sturdy, by the look of it, it looks lightweight but it has some good weight that reaffirm its built quality. The black dots, from what the seller explained, it feel acceptable to see the black dots appear the first time cooking with this saucepan. To me, the black dots have destroyed the elegant look of this saucepan. 😢 Experience of checking back with the seller I'm not sure if this is the defect of the product, but after contacted back with the seller. The seller sent me several images which they suggest that the pan is still safe for normal use and those black dots will disappear after several times of using it.  Besides, images also include steps to protect and take care of this

I've been using this water filter for nearly 5 years, and still using it without any problem. I'm still the kind of consumer who believe cooked water is the best type of drinking water. As I've been inform by many, cooked water retain nutrient that RO water filtration system doesn't. This simple water filter PJ-37MRF has been doing good job serving me for years. TL;DR Cellular version of iPad does not come with GPS module I've just learnt lately, iPad with cellular and without cellular isn't just about if one can use simcard and mobile data on the go, you are missing the chance to use a realtime GPS too. It's must to have GPS module when using Apple Airplay in car drive. I chosed a non-cellular iPad for mysself as most of my time is spent at home (with 24h wifi), and I had believed that every iPad has its own GPS chip where in fact and be able to use real-time GPS, but it's otherwise, wifi-only model iPad don't has an actual GPS integrated, it uses aGPS instead . GPS chip only available on cellular version of iPad, but non-cellular iPad location is determined through connected Access Point (or hotspot) WiFi-signal, where it has the name of "Wi-Fi Positioning" (Assisted-GPS). If accurate realtime GPS positioning is important to you, please consider getting the cellular iPad model even if you know yourself very well

Update (5 November 2020) Day after I contacted UAG customer support, they attended to my request and aware of the issue now. They explained the incident was due to the model has run out of stock (I wonder how wise is that to decide to ship out a flawed one at the first place). They promised to send a replacement to me once it's back in stock.
