I'm Xiaomi Home camera user. I have been using DaFang, XiaoFang, and Mijia Aqara cameras at home.

Storage Choices
DaFang & Aqara: Only SD Card, XiaoFang: has “video dump” function, allowed only if you use xiaomi router to dump (backup) the video
SD card or cloud (paid storage, but free tier store recorded video for 24 hours)
Motion/Sound Detection
Detected motion video record lost part of the early movement
Responsive, notification is quickly send out to designated devices 
Compatibility
Can link Mi Home account with Google Home successfully, but devices never shown in Google Home app
Linked account can allow you to add and list connected devices in Google Home. Google Home can only access to the D-Link camera in local network (not remote)

This camera can turn left/right/up/down, but the rotation will stop at one max point (you can't do a full circle tilt rotation).

Panasonic water purifier - PJ-37MRF & filter (P-31MJRC)

I've been using this water filter for nearly 5 years, and still using it without any problem. I'm still the kind of consumer who believe cooked water is the best type of drinking water. As I've been inform by many, cooked water retain nutrient that RO water filtration system doesn't. This simple water filter PJ-37MRF has been doing good job serving me for years. My experience with it is still pleasant, no need electricity, no messy setup, no issue replacing the catridge. My water supply frequently has strange chemical smell (I have no idea how to identify what material causing the smell) out from the tap water, this water filter has no problem removing the smell.  Early this year, water supply pipe burst at my neighbour house.
